Fill out the form below to start the process of creating your custom knife and sheath with T Jacobs Knives. Once we have received your request, we will be in touch to get more information and will provide a custom quote and estimated timeframe for your knife.
A 50% deposit is required before any custom knife or sheath work will be started. Once custom work has begun, this deposit will be non-refundable.
* We will do our best to accommodate custom requests. There will be additional charges for custom changes such as additions/modifications, steel types, size changes of knife and sheaths, custom tooling on leather and so on.
**Please note, not all sheath styles work with all knife styles. The most common request is for a pancake cross draw sheath to be paired with a larger blade. Cross draw pancake sheaths are designed to be compact and quick to access. Larger style blades make this difficult to achieve and generally won’t sit well on the hip.
