About Me:

I’m a maker, always have been, always will be.  I made beer for 20+ years. I have built cabinets, furniture and other woodworking projects. I’ve worked as a welder/fabricator, maintenance tech and in restaurants for over 10 years. I am also a home cook and prefer to make most things from scratch.  I am fascinated by the process of starting with raw materials and creating something beautiful, useful and enjoyable with them. All these experiences provide inspiration and the skills necessary to design and build a knife that will work when you need it to now and for a lifetime to come

My facination with knives started when I was given my first knife, a Swiss Army knife as a Christmas gift when I was around 7 years old.  Since then, I have been a “knife guy”, collecting them over the years, carrying one everywhere I go and even putting my collection on display to show them off.  I would be lost without my knives. 

About My Knives

All of my knives are made by hand. I use the best quality materials I can find for every knife I make. Most of my steel comes from the fine folks at New Jersey Steel Baron so I know exactly what I’m getting. Handle materials are are sourced from reputable and trusted suppliers who have been in the knife business a long time. No corners cut.

  Each knife comes with a handmade and hand-stitched leather or a quality Kydex sheath.  I just cand sell you a blade without a way to carry and protect it. I try to provide several options and styles, especially in leather so you can carry your knife comfortably and conveniently. All kitchen knives will come in a padded case to keep them protected as well.

It’s very important to me and I take great care to make sure my knives are not only nice to look at, but also as comfortable to use as possible.  They are an extension of your hand and need to perform perfectly.  That is my mission and commitment to you. 

A knife is a tool.  It’s one that many take for granted and we may not even realize just how often we use knives or knife-like items in our everyday lives. Knives play an important role in our lives, and I want my knives to be your tool of choice!
